Randy and Mary Pegram live on the fabulous Green River Narrows
near Saluda, North Carolina. A mecca for extreme whitewater kayakers,
"The Narz", as pronounced by locals, offers some of the most exciting
class V boating in North America. As a hobby, the Pegrams have captured
on film some of this exhilarating activity that passes through their
backyard almost on a daily basis. The pictures are given at no charge
to the boaters and the better ones are made into large exhibition prints
and displayed in the Pegram's cabin as well as in some of the Saluda
establishments. All images are taken with high speed Canon cameras
using L grade optics. The film of choice is Fuji color negative film.


Randy and Mary also reside in the Florida Keys where they operate
concessions in state parks, featuring skin and scuba diving as well as
kayak rentals. Prior to this, they were the creators and owners of the
Banana Boat line of suncare products. Enjoy the show!
